Mr Jagdish Chaudhari - Profile of Developer
Mr Jagdish Chaudhari is a young and dynamic entrepreneur with business interests in Pharma and Real estate sector. He is presently developing an affordable housing project of 1200 homes spread over 11 acres of river touch land at Rasayani, Panvel, Maharashtra. As the founder and chairman of Heera Siddhi Homes Jagdish Chaudhari brings in his visionary leadership which has helped in building the organisation into a trusted realty firm with a million plus square foot under construction. Mr. Jagdish Chaudhari has spent around 20 years in the field of real estate business as an investor. His long-term vision & ready to go attitude makes him the perfect part for this industry. Backed with a pharmacy degree & an MBA from a premium institute, he is always in search of right business opportunities & to make most of it. He has his own other businesses in Pharmaceuticals trading & export, logistic solutions. Currently his main focus is on the real estate market & actively involved in day-to-day operation of all the ongoing projects. Apart from this, he is also actively involved in a number of business ventures as investor, partner or advisor.
Phase-1 with 250 flats is already constructed with OC received and balance is under construction. He also has acquired land & secured approvals for a luxury resort project spread over 6 acres at Pavana lake, Lonavala. He also has acquired a 700 smt vacant plot in Ulwe for Mix-use development. It is located close to the Mumbai Trans Harbour link bridge which will lead to good appreciation in real estate prices in this locality. Since the past few years he has been exploring the lucrative redevelopment real estate market of Mumbai and is already working on one project in Sewri & one in Chembur. Few more are under study in premium locations at Bandra, Dadar & Worli.

With a strong Finance and Consulting background he has led organisations to achieve suitable scale and profitability facilitating organic growth capital and inorganic expansions.Extensive experience in conceptualising and implementing financial processes, maintaining & finalising accounts, designing & developing system / procedures.Lead and assist closure on potential acquisition and fund-raising opportunities.A proactive and result oriented professional with verifiable year after year success achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives within start-up and rapid-change environments.
A strategic planner with expertise in analysing existing systems & procedures, preparing annual operating plans, designing internal control systems and facilitating effective decision-making. A keen analyst with exceptional relationship management & negotiation skills with proven abilities in liaising with Banks, Financial Institutions and various regulatory authorities. Well versed with Taxation, statutory Acts and interfacing with Government bodies.
